Our Five Favorite Lemon Inspired Cocktails

As we enjoy the last drops of summer sun, we are loving these five lemon-fueled recipes that bring the perfect tangy, sweet kick with our 100% Eureka Cold Pressed Lemon Juice! Always measured for consistent sweet and tanginess, this lemon juice is the perfect element for citrusy cocktails from beloved classics to our own Twisted inventions. Read on for instructions on how to make our five favorite lemony cocktails.


Lemon Drop


2 oz vodka of choice

½ oz orange liqueur 

1 oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice, plus more for garnishing the glass rim.

1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup

1 tsp granulated sugar 


Instructions:


First, coat the rim of the cocktail glass with sugar. Pour a few drops of Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice onto a small plate and coat the edge of a martini glass. Pour 1 tsp of granulated sugar onto a separate plate and roll the wet rim in the sugar. Add all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into the sugar rimmed martini glass.  


French 75


2 oz gin of choice

1 oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice

1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup

3 oz sparkling wine or champagne of choice

Lemon wheel


Instructions:


Add gin, lemon juice, syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a flute glass filled with ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon wheel.


The Libertine


2 oz bourbon of choice

¾ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice

½ oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup

¼ oz Orange Marmalade

1 egg white

½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Valencia Orange Cold Pressed Juice

½ oz Maple Syrup

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary


Instructions:


Boil simple syrup and rosemary in a small saucepan, and allow to cool to room temperature. Strain the syrup and add it to a shaker with bourbon, lemon juice, and marmalade. Add ice and shake. Pour into a glass with ice. Add maple syrup, orange juice, and egg white to the shaker. Shake until frothy and pour over cocktail. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.


Fogcutter

Ingredients:

¾ oz gin of choice

¾ oz brandy of choice

¾ oz rum of choice

1 ½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Valencia Orange Cold Pressed Juice

¾ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice

½ oz almond syrup

0.2 oz sherry


Instructions:


Combine the gin, brandy, rum, orange juice, lemon juice, and almond syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass, and add the touch of sherry to top. 



The Ruth Bader Gins-Berg

Ingredients: 

1 ½ oz gin of choice

¾ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice

¾ oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup

1 egg white

Twisted Alchemy Toasted Citrus Wheel, for garnish


Instructions:

In a shaker, combine ingredients without ice and shake well. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with toasted citrus wheel garnish.
