The Ruth Bader GIN-sburg

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5oz Gin (Empress 1908 Gin preferred for color)
  • .75oz Twisted Alchemy Eureka Lemon Juice Fresh Cold Pressed Craft Mixer
  • .75oz Simple Syrup
  • .75oz Egg white
  • Dried Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

Method: In shaker, combine ingredients without ice & shake for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.
