Returns
We can not accept returns of our juice and mixers due its inherent perishability.  Sadly, we can not be responsible or issue credit for late deliveries due to 3rd party vendors such as UPS.  We make every effort to communicate that we are not able to guarantee delivery times and dates, but we do our best to get the orders out the door as fast as possible. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Customer is solely responsible for cost to ship any approved refunded merchandise. 

What if I have a problem with my shipment?
We offer SavedBy Package Protection, which is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

While you don't need SavedBy Protection, it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to. Please select this option at checkout to protect your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items from our marketplace if they are not perishable and it is determined that they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item and have received approval from us, then you may send us an email at hello@twistedalchemy.com explaining the problem along with photo of the damaged item and you may then receive a Return Authorization (RA) code with return address.
