Have used both the lime and lemon juices. They are the bomb and I have recommended to my cocktail friends. As good and tasty as squeezed that day at about the same price as buying actual lemons and limes. Great shelf life in the fridge.

I first experimented making this drink with just the lemon concentrate you buy at the grocery store. I was unable to get the drink taste just right. I had a bottle of the Eureka Lemon Juice in my freezer so I defrosted that so see if I could fix the way the martini was tasting. It fixed it and I was able to make the perfect drink for my company.
