  • 2 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz Twisted Alchemy Costa Rican Pineapple Juice
  • .5 oz Twisted Alchemy Three Citrus
    • .75 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
      • 1 Cup Water
      • 1 Cup Sugar
      • 1 Tbl Ground Cinnamon OR 1 Tsp Cinnamon Extract
    • .25 oz Fernet Branca floater
    • Mint Sprig
    Method: For cinnamon simple syrup, bring liquid to a boil, add sugar and cinnamon and let simmer for 3 mins. Let cool. Cold store for up to 1 month. Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake well. Serve over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with mint spring.
