Twisted Alchemy's Origin Story

At Twisted Alchemy, we are in the business of making delicious cold pressed juices to elevate cocktails, spirits, and people. But we are also in the family business. Twisted Alchemy’s family-led team believes in elevating the art of cocktailing in our home and yours.

After meeting over a wheat-grass shot in the 90s, Twisted Alchemy co-founders Kim and Scott were destined for entrepreneurship. From gourmet pretzels to one-of-a-kind ice cream bars, they touched many audiences within the food industry. In 2016, they turned to cold-pressed juice and created Twisted Alchemy, inspired by co-Founder Scott’s career as a bartender across the globe, and passionate dislike for hand-squeezing citrus. The idea was conceived during the pair’s annual May Margarita Party- a joint birthday party for the two May babies- when Scott got tired of hand-squeezing piles of limes to make his delicious margaritas. Thus, the idea for a cold-pressed citrus juice that would taste just as good- if not better- than the hand-squeezed alternative. And so the Twisted Alchemy 100% Persian Lime Cold Pressed Juice and 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juices were born. Since then, Twisted Alchemy’s cold-pressed juice has been improving the livelihood of bartenders and beverage directors in the craft bar industry for years. 

Since its inception, distribution efforts have been targeted towards superior quality, premium bar, restaurant, and hotel establishments in cities like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and beyond.
