Ingredients: 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Pineapple Juice 1.5 oz Gin 1.25 oz Twisted Alchemy Lemon Sour .25 oz Orange Liqueur Dash of allspice Champagne or sparkling wine Method: Combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, gin, orange liqueur and allspice into a shaker tin. Shake with ice. Pour into ice-filled highball glass, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
