From Hemingway’s take on the classic Daiquiri to our own Twisted rum cocktails, these rum-infused concoctions promise a refreshing escape for your taste buds.
2 oz Jamaican Rum of choice
1 oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Grapefruit Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Pineapple Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz Twisted Alchemy Three Citrus Cold Pressed Juice Mixer
¾ oz cinnamon simple syrup
To make:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon OR 1 tsp cinnamon extract
¼ oz Fernet Branca
Mint Sprig
Instructions:
For cinnamon simple syrup, bring liquid to a boil, add sugar and cinnamon and let simmer for 3 mins. Let cool. Cold store for up to 1 month. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake well. Serve over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with mint spring.
2 oz White Rum of choice
1 oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Grapefruit Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz Orgeat syrup
½ oz aromatic bitters
2 cups ice
Edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions:
Crush ice and set aside. Combine rum, Twisted Alchemy 100% Grapefruit Cold Pressed Juice, orgeat syrup, and 1 cup of ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to chill and combine ingredients. Fill rocks glass with crushed ice. Strain ingredients over crushed ice. Float aromatic bitters on top. Garnish with flowers.
2 oz Spiced Rum of choice
½ oz Coconut Rum of choice
2 oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Pineapple Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Persian Lime Cold Pressed Juice
Orange wedge, for garnish
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice; shake vigorously and pour contents into a lowball glass. Garnish with orange wedge.
½ oz gin of choice
½ oz brandy of choice
½ oz rum of choice
1 ½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Valencia Orange Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice
½ oz almond syrup
¼ oz sherry of choice
Instructions:
Combine the gin, brandy, rum, Twisted Alchemy 100% Valencia Orange Cold Pressed Juice and Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice, then add the almond syrup. Shake well and add the touch of sherry to top. Serve in a tall glass over ice.

2 oz of Twisted Alchemy 100% Persian Lime Cold Pressed Juice
1 oz of Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup
Lime wedge, for garnish
Method: Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
