The Calme Passion Fruit Spritz

Add honey to the shaker followed by all other ingredients except for sparkling water. Shake well with ice. Strain to glass over ice. Garnish with expressed orange peel.

Infused Hibiscus Tea: Using Tazo Passion Tea (or similar) as a base, steep 2 tea bags per 8 oz hot water. Add 2 cinnamon sticks (broken into pieces), 4 green cardamom pods, 2 pieces of star anise, 8 cloves, and 2 bay leaves. Infuse in the hot tea at room temp for minimum 3 hours (preferably overnight). Strain out the spices and refrigerate.
