Snap Crackle Pop

Ingredients:

• 2 cup snap peas
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• 1 cup vodka
• 1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Lime Sour, plus an extra splash for muddling
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions:

Cut up a cup of snap peas. Fill a jar with a cup of vodka. Add the snap peas to the vodka and infuse overnight. When ready to make your cocktail, add another cup of snap peas to a blender with a ½ cup of water and a ½ cup of sugar. Blend until smooth. In a shaker, add 2 snap peas with a splash of Twisted Alchemy Lime Sour and muddle. Add ice. Add 2 oz snap pea infused vodka, 1 oz snap pea puree, and 1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Lime Sour. Shake. Pour into glass with fresh ice and garnish with snap peas and fresh mint. Top with sparkling water.
