French 75: Part Deux
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Letherbee Autumnal Gin
  • 5 oz Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Cold-Pressed Eureka Lemon Sour Mixer
  • 3 dashes Sun Liquor Rhubarb Bitters
  • 2.5 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Prosecco] and strain into a coupe.  Top off with Prosecco and garnish with the oils from an expressed lemon peel.
