- 1.5 oz Letherbee Autumnal Gin
- 5 oz Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Cold-Pressed Eureka Lemon Sour Mixer
- 3 dashes Sun Liquor Rhubarb Bitters
- 2.5 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Prosecco] and strain into a coupe. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with the oils from an expressed lemon peel.
