We’re attending the 2017 Food &Wine Classic in Aspen this weekend! One of the most renowned events of its kind, the Classic brings together 5,000 of the world’s foremost authorities on wine and food. We are excited to share our cold-pressed juice with the finest culinary figures in the world. Yes, the very juices that help craft the most innovative and best tasting handcrafted cocktails.
“We’re going to show the food and beverage community how our products mix into their work, literally.” Scott Holstein, founder, said. “Being at the Food & Wine Classic will really allow us to share our citrus juice solutions with the best in the industry.
At the Classic, we’re teaming up with Domaine Select Wine and Spirits and the Tippling Bros to craft some killer cocktails. Domaine Select represents America’s new generation of fine wine and spirit merchants. The Tippling Bros are liquor consultants, experts on all things mixology, and they’ve endorsed us as a great solution to the time-consuming hassle of hand-squeezed juice.
“Let’s use this upcoming event as an example, think of how much time, money and energy goes into squeezing on a large scale,” Holstein said. “It becomes obvious why Twisted Alchemy works; you don’t want to have to deal with shelf life issues or squeezing. After the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, most juices must be thrown away quickly, but we have a 90-day shelf life, which is a big advantage.”
