This Extra Dirty, Extra Delicious Martini Is Completely Alcohol-Free

Dry January does not mean you need to abstain from that beloved cocktail, the martini. If this makes you scratch your head, you’re not alone. How could we possibly recreate this classically boozy cocktail without the booze? With the magic of alchemy and this showstopping recipe, that’s how.

Ingredients:

½ oz of Olive brine

½ oz of Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice

2 oz of Ritual Non-Alcoholic Gin

Drizzle of olive oil

Olives, for garnish

Instructions:

Swirl olive oil brine around a martini glass to coat the sides. Pour the excess into a shaker tin with ice. Add Twisted Alchemy 100% Eureka Lemon Cold Pressed Juice, Ritual Non-Alcoholic Gin, and a light drizzle of a good quality olive oil. Shake well to completely incorporate the oil. Strain into the coated martini glass. Garnish with olives.
