Garlic Lime Butter Salmon

A bold and buttery salmon baked to perfection with a fresh lime-garlic glaze.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice

  • 2½ lb side of salmon

  • Sea salt, to taste

  • Cracked black pepper, optional

  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, divided

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the honey, garlic, and Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Place the salmon in a baking dish. Pour the garlic-lime butter mixture evenly over the top.

Season generously with sea salt (about 2 teaspoons), a touch of cracked pepper, and half of the chopped parsley.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Switch the oven to broil and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to lightly caramelize the top.

Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve warm.
