French 75: Part Deux

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Letherbee Autumnal Gin
5 oz Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
1.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Eureka Lemon Sour
3 dashes Sun Liquor Rhubarb Bitters
2.5 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Prosecco] and strain into a coupe. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with the oils from an expressed lemon peel.
