HOLIDAY MIMOSA FRESH JUICE KIT - makes about 100 mimosas

I originally started using these products to flavor my Sodastream water and was very happy with both the flavors and the lack of other additives such as high fructose corn syrup or cane sugar. Since then I have incorporated them into my cooking and have been delighted with the results. The Valencia juice is perfect for a citrus beurre blanc to accompany pistachio crusted salmon or to make the syrup for Grand Marnier prawns. I've also used the Persian Lime for guacamole and a Mexican Jicama-cilantro slaw; the demerara syrup for a ham glaze; and the blood orange to sauce grilled halibut. The possibilities are endless and these products a real time saver. I only wish that they would offer them in packages grouped for cooks like they do with the ones designed for drinkers.

This was a great addition to a morning, breakfast themed birthday party I threw. Those that didn't want alcohol still enjoyed the juices as is, or with some club soda to bubble it up. We also had delicious mimosas for those that could partake. The kit provided more than enough juice for my party of about 40 people (mix of kids and adults) and I enjoyed all of the leftovers! I was able to freeze some extra bottles and defrost later, and it worked well.
