The Twisted Alchemy lime juice saved me at a recent wedding reception. I was traveling to the venue and supplying batched cocktails. One of the cocktails required 3/4 oz lime juice. I didn't have the time to juice limes and a large source of limes was not available. I got four bottles of TA lime juice at the recommendation of several bartenders in Kansas City. The results were terrific. The cocktails were balanced and hit the mark on taste. I will rely on TA juices anytime I can't make fresh. The fact that the TA juices are more shelf stable than fresh is another benefit!
