When European explorers first encountered this tropical fruit in the Americas back in 1664, they called them “pineapples” due to their resemblance to pinecones. Pineapples offer a vibrant tropical flavor with both sweet and tart taste notes. Our pineapples are mostly from Costa Rica and offer a consistent sweetness level that we insist upon with a brightness that cannot touch the current pineapple juices offered on the marketplace.

    Was good in the winter. Box takes 3 days and in 110 the juice heats and goes bad. 2 bottles blew up and have the toss the rest. However, great in the winter months.

    Surprised It Foamed up

    I have always enjoyed The juices from Twisted alchemy so I decided to try the pineapple juice. Unfortunately, after opening it, it foamed all the way to the top. I tried to let it settle hoping it would dissipate but most of the juice was gone. It looked like air had gotten into the container when they bottled it. I’m not certain if this was just a bad batch. I’d like to try it again as I would like to make some summer drinks with pineapple juice.
