Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- .5 oz Twisted Alchemy Eureka Lemon Juice Fresh Cold Pressed Craft Mixer
- ½ tsp of Finely Grated Fresh Ginger
- 5 oz Original Kombucha
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Method: Stir gin, Campari, lemon juice, and ginger in a pint glass or measuring cup. Stir in kombucha. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve.
