4 cups cubed seedless watermelon

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp Twisted Alchemy Watermelon Cold Pressed Juice

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, feta cheese, red onion, and mint leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, Twisted Alchemy Watermelon Cold Pressed Juice, and balsamic vinegar, then gently toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled as a refreshing and flavorful salad.


Watermelon Cucumber Cooler:

¼ cup Twisted Alchemy Watermelon Cold Pressed Juice

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

¼ cup Twisted Alchemy 100% Persian Lime Cold Pressed Juice

¼ cup fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp Twisted Alchemy Rich Simple Syrup

1 ½ cups sparkling water


Instructions:

In a blender, puree the cucumber until smooth. Strain into a pitcher. Add watermelon juice, lime juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup, and stir until well combined. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the watermelon-cucumber mixture until halfway, then top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.


Grilled Watermelon with Balsamic Watermelon Glaze:

1-inch thick slices of seedless watermelon

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp Twisted Alchemy Watermelon Cold Pressed Juice

1 tablespoon honey

Olive oil for brushing

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, watermelon juice, and honey to make the glaze. Brush both sides of the watermelon slices with olive oil. Grill the watermelon for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear. Remove from the grill and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the grilled watermelon slices. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
