Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce Twisted Alchemy Demerara Syrup

1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey

3 ounces hot coffee

1 ounce whipped heavy cream

Method: Fill a 6-ounce Victorian Irish coffee glass or mug with hot water to heat it. Discard the water and add all the ingredients except for the heavy cream. Float the whipped heavy cream on top. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.


Twisted Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

1.5 vodka

1 oz hazelnut liqueur

1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Demerara Syrup

2 oz cold brew

Espresso beans, for garnish

Instructions:

Add vodka, hazelnut liqueur, demerara, and cold brew into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add 2-3 espresso beans on top.


Spiritfree Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

1 oz Ritual gin alternative, or gin alternative of choice

2 oz Cold brew

1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Demerara Syrup

2-3 Espresso beans, for garnish

Cocoa powder or cinnamon powder, for garnish

 

Instructions:

Add gin alternative, demerara, and cold brew into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add 2-3 espresso beans on top and sift cocoa or cinnamon powder on top.


Twisted Extra Dirty Chai

Ingredients:

2 oz spiced chai concentrate, or strong brewed black spiced chai tea

1 oz espresso

1 oz Twisted Alchemy Rich Demerara Syrup 

1/4 cup coconut milk

1.5 oz dark rum

Cinnamon powder, for garnish

Instructions:

Add coconut milk to a saucepan on low to medium heat. For foamy milk, whisk with a battery-operated whisk. Brew espresso and black tea, if using, while milk warms. Add espresso, demerara syrup, dark rum, and chai concentrate (if using) to a shaker without ice. Shake well. Pour into a mug with the warmed milk. Top with cinnamon powder.
