Palomaloha

Ingredients:

1 oz Rhine Hall Pineapple Brandy
1oz Roca Patron Reposado or Tequila
1 oz Coconut Water
.75 oz Twisted Alchemy Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
2 oz Topo Chico

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Topo Chico] and strain into a collins glass. Top off with Topo Chico and fill glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
