Palomaloha
Ingredients: 
  • 1 oz Rhine Hall Pineapple Brandy
  • 1oz Roca Patron Reposado or Tequila
  • 1 oz Coconut Water
  • .75 oz Twisted Alchemy Grapefruit Juice Fresh Cold Pressed Craft Mixer
  • .5 oz Twisted Alchemy Persian Lime Juice Fresh Cold Pressed Craft Mixer
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 oz Topo Chico
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Topo Chico] and strain into a collins glass.  Top off with Topo Chico and fill glass with cubed ice.  Garnish with a lime wheel.
