- 1 oz Rhine Hall Pineapple Brandy
- 1oz Roca Patron Reposado or Tequila
- 1 oz Coconut Water
- .75 oz Twisted Alchemy Cold-Pressed Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Twisted Alchemy Cold-Pressed Persian Lime Juice
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 2 oz Topo Chico
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice [sans Topo Chico] and strain into a collins glass. Top off with Topo Chico and fill glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
