If you live in Chicago, chances are you’ve devoured delicious burgers at Au Cheval, treated yourself to brisket at Green Street Smoked Meats and soaked up some serious speakeasy vibes at The California Clipper. All of this is possible thanks to Hogsalt Hospitality, a nationally recognized restaurant group based in Chicago with high quality restaurants and bars across the city.  They were already cool in our books, but they’re now using our fresh cold pressed juices at all of their locations.

“I really enjoy working with Industry Juice,” said Jean Tomaro, the Beverage Director of Hogsalt Hospitality. “They have a really quick response time and have been really open about making their product accessible to our restaurants.”

She continued, “All great bars use fresh juice daily – but it’s an incredibly labor intensive process. Industry Juice solves this problem for our restaurants – making fresh juice accessible & saving the labor costs for us. We are in the process of changing all of our restaurants over to Industry Juice and I know a lot of other restaurants that are doing the same thing.”
